Bissett delivery service has grown from one small flatbed truck 30 years ago, into a fleet of over 40 trailers, trucks and box trucks. Each division has its own staff of drivers and trucks.

The following is a detailed description of each division's delivery policies:
 

Minimum order for delivery is $1,000.00.
All deliveries are subject to a freight charge based on distance and time.
Spyder (unloading machine) service available upon request, for an additional service charge.

The Nursery division can provide delivery service that combines bulk material, hardgoods, annuals and perennials for your complete landscape needs.

All deliveries will be made on one or a combination of the following trucks:
tractor trailers, flatbed (10 wheeler) or box truck.

The minimum delivery charge is $40.00 in Holtsville.  Deliveries outside the Holtsville area are based on distance and time.

All deliveries will be made on 14 ft. box trucks, with racks, to provide safe transport of all plant material.

Minimum order for Bergen and Westchester counties is $400.00.
New York City, Bergen and Westchester counties are subject to a $25.00 freight charge.

U.P.S. Services available:  Ground / 3 Day Select / 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air
We strongly encourage all COD accounts to use Visa, MasterCard or American Express when using U.P.S.  COD orders will be charged an additional $10.00 fee.  Orders received by 11:00 A.M. (EST) in most cases will go out the same day.

Limestone, bagged soils and peat products (including Metro Mix and Growers Mixes), Turface and all bagged mulch products are subject to a $25.00 per pallet surcharge in ALL delivery areas.

All deliveries will be made on either a flatbed (10 wheeler) with spyder or 22 ft. box truck.

Palletized Material:
2 pallet minimum / 10 pallet maximum.  In some cases, weight will determine maximums.

The minimum delivery charge is $40.00 in Holtsville.  Deliveries outside the Holtsville area are based on distance and time.

All deliveries will be made on either a 20 yard dump truck or flatbed (10 wheeler) with boom or spyder.
