Blueberries are easy to grow plants that can be used either for fruit production, for their landscape value, or both.  Plant in full sun, well drained, acidic soil that has a large amount of peat moss content.

Low, straggly, open-growing shrub.  The foliage is lustrous dark to blue-green in summer changing to bronze, scarlet, and crimson in fall.  Great naturalizing plant and ground cover.  Grows well in acid poor soils.  Edible bluish black berries.

Upright multi-stemmed shrub with spreading branches forming a rounded dense outline.  Bluish-green foliage giving an array of fall colors.  The plant gets pinkish-white urn shaped flowers in May.  Just a few plants provide buckets of edible fruit.
