SALIX matsudana 'Scarlet Curls'

Scarlet Curls Willow

A round-shaped, vigorous ornamental tree with golden brown wavy branches, twisted twigs, and even wavy-edged leaves.  Its twisted scarlet red stems spiral upwards.  The newer stems are red in winter with older branches being golden brown.
