A new French cultivar with a smaller, more manageable habit.  Forms a uniform, rounded mound of glossy, deep green foliage that is topped by deep intense blue-purple flowers from midsummer until the first frost.  The flower clusters are spaced closer together on the stem and are a brighter blue, so they give a showier display than some older cultivars.
