| Repressed Chamfered pavers can
help to achieve a crisp look in paving patterns. The look is achieved in the
unique two step manufacturing process. After the material is extruded and
cut into individual paving brick, each paving brick is placed into a
hydraulic press that consists of a pair of metal die boxes. The top die box
is designed with a chamfer in it. When the brick are pressed between the
pair of dies, the edges are trued and the chamfer edge is transferred to the
top edge of the paving unit. The lines created by their pattern are very
regular and crisp. |
